Health Inspection
Every Koi is thoroughly inspected prior to shipment to ensure it is healthy and suitable for transport. Because Koi are live animals, their condition can occasionally change between the time of purchase and the scheduled shipping date.
If, in the opinion of Tri-Star Koi LLC, a fish is not healthy enough to ship, we reserve the right to delay or cancel shipment for the well-being of the Koi.
If this occurs, the buyer will be offered:
A full refund, or
A replacement Koi of equal or greater value.
Shipping Options
All Koi are professionally packed using insulated shipping boxes, pure oxygen, and industry-standard shipping practices to help ensure safe arrival.
Shipping is available throughout the continental United States.
Customers will be contacted prior to shipment to confirm a delivery date.
Live Arrival Guarantee
Our Live Arrival Guarantee applies to all shipments delivered on the first delivery attempt.
In the unlikely event of a loss during transit, customers must notify Tri-Star Koi LLC within one hour of delivery and provide clear photos of the unopened shipping bag and the Koi.
Failure to notify us within the required timeframe may void the Live Arrival Guarantee.
Combined Shipping
Multiple Koi may be combined into one shipment whenever safely possible, helping reduce shipping costs while maintaining the health and safety of each fish.
Terms of Service
By purchasing from Tri-Star Koi LLC, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to all company policies regarding payment, shipping, health inspections, live arrival, and livestock sales. All sales are subject to the current Terms of Service posted by Tri-Star Koi LLC.
