Orders under $499 ship via UPS Next Day Air.
Orders over $499 may be shipped via UPS Next Day Air, Southwest Cargo, or Delta Cargo.
Shipping dates will be coordinated directly with the buyer to ensure a safe and convenient delivery process.
Live Arrival Guarantee
Tri-Star Koi LLC guarantees the health of all koi for up to two hours following delivery. In the unlikely event of an issue, photographic and video evidence must be provided within the guarantee period to validate any claim.

Combined shipping is available for multiple koi purchases. The number of koi permitted per shipping box is determined solely by Tri-Star Koi LLC to ensure the health, safety, and comfort of every fish during transit.
