Every koi offered by Tri-Star Koi LLC undergoes a comprehensive health inspection prior to shipment.
As live animals, koi can occasionally experience changes in condition between the time they are listed and their scheduled shipping date. For the well-being of the fish, Tri-Star Koi LLC reserves the sole right to delay or cancel shipment if a koi is determined to be unfit for travel.
If a koi cannot be safely shipped, the buyer will be offered one of the following:
✔ A full refund, or
✔ A replacement koi of equal or greater value.Our first priority is always the health and safety of every koi we sell.

Every koi purchased from Tri-Star Koi LLC is covered by our Two-Hour Live Arrival Guarantee.
If an issue occurs during transit, customers must notify us within two (2) hours of the recorded delivery time and provide clear photographs and video documentation of the koi. This information allows us to promptly evaluate and process any valid claims.
Claims submitted after the two-hour guarantee period cannot be honored.
Combined Shipping
Purchasing multiple koi? We are happy to combine shipping whenever possible.
The number of koi shipped in each box is determined exclusively by Tri-Star Koi LLC based on:

Weather conditions
Shipping destination
Overall fish safety
