Yamajyu Koi Farm is a small but respected breeder known for taking a different path than many of the major Gosanke-focused farms. Instead of concentrating on Kohaku, Sanke, or Showa, Yamajyu puts its energy into producing high-quality Kawarimono, especially Asagi, Shusui, Kumonryu, Ochiba, and dark-toned varieties that appeal to hobbyists who like something unique. They are very good at it too!
