Sekiguchi Koi Farm (officially Sekiguchi Koi Farm) is a notable koi breeding operation located in Minami-Uonuma, near Ojiya City in Niigata Prefecture, Japan. Founded in the mid-20th century by Kosuke Sekiguchi, the farm is now operated by his grandson, Masayuki Sekiguchi.

Sekiguchi Koi Farm is internationally recognized for its elite Showa Sanshoku (Showa). Under Masayuki's leadership, the farm produces Showa with deep, lacquer-like sumi, clean white skin (shiroji), and bold red (hi) patterns. Their bloodlines are influenced by Izumiya and Kanezo strains, known for enhancing both color quality and body conformation. Sekiguchi is also noted for its Pearl Ginrin koi—a unique trait selectively developed at the farm.
